Here are some invites that I found on the Hostess with the Mostess blog. They were meant for a Mexican Wedding Cruise, but there are a number of dinner party themes that you could also use this idea for. Some parties that this would for are:
Luau
Beach or Caribbean theme
Hawaiian themed
Cruise/Summer Vacation
Mexican Riviera (put dried chili peppers down in the bottle instead of sand and seashells)
